Teaching Assistant Pride Hoodie – Underpaid & Love for the Classroom

Every day, you walk into a classroom ready to do it all—supporting students, calming chaos, and keeping lessons on track—while your paycheck tells a different story. This hoodie is for the teaching assistants who give everything and still show up smiling. It’s for the ones who know their value goes far beyond the hourly rate, and who wear their dedication like a badge of honor. With a bold, unapologetic slogan across the chest, “Assisting classrooms deserves real wages now,” this hoodie speaks the truth that so many TAs feel but rarely say out loud. It’s soft, comfortable, and made for the long hours you put in—from early morning prep to after-school clean-up. Whether you’re in the classroom, at a union meeting, or just relaxing after a long day, this hoodie reminds you—and everyone around you—that your work matters. You don’t need a cape; you need fair pay. But until then, wear your pride, carry your love for teaching, and know that you’re not alone. It also makes a powerful gift for a fellow TA who deserves recognition—and a little warmth.
